The small Kyrgyz caravan of Abdul Hameed and Ismail making its way down from the Pamir plateau to the lower valleys, to barter their animals for flour etc. They are loading their animals to continue their 6 days journey...At the Wakhi shepherd hut of Sap. .Trekking up the Wakhan frozen river, the only way up to reach the high altitude Little Pamir plateau, home of the Afghan Kyrgyz community.
