A failed Afghanistan-Pakistan joined project: a bus equipped like a portable clinic / hospital, that was driven with special authorization (over the guarded border), across the flat expanse on the Tajikistan side into Afghanistan Little Pamir, to the Khan camp of Qyzyl Qorum. Getting nurses and doctor to stay year long in the Afghan Pamir proved impossible and the bus was left abandonned to rot.
