At our camp spot at Sang Nevishta ("written on the rock" in Persian), we meet Rani Boi (L) and his son, returning from a funeral in Ishkashim (a 15 days round trip from their settlement near the Chinese border) whom we had met 2 years earlier in Pakistan. Dinner is black tea and "bortsok", some kind of fried dough... the Kyrgyz diet has officialy started!
