After an early start, we reach Uween-e-Sar, pass (4887m) in 2 hours. We are entering a valley called Ghorumeh (Garumdee) by the Kyrgyz and Waramdih ("the place after the rocks") by the Wakhis.

Adventure through the Afghan Pamir mountains, among the Afghan Kyrgyz and into Pakistan's Karakoram mountains. July/August 2005. Afghanistan / Pakistan.
